When you have a lot of knowledge with your guitar, you have fun. Guitars in many ways have been ruined by the way that people think about them from too many pop idols getting in the way and ruining a good song. Keeping up with who is singing what when everybody pretty much sucks can be a really frustrating thing to think about. When you understand that, there are a lot of things about that that just need to be edited out. Knowing how to keep that in mind can be really tricky and hard to figure out.
When you play guitar, you know what fender guitar parts are, you know how to use the guitar parts acoustic sound qualities to make really interesting songs, and you can have a lot of fun doing it. When you don't play guitar, guitars are those annoying things that float around your house because either you wanted to play or your kid used to want to play, and now you're bored and you don't know what to do with them because they're not nearly as easy to play as everyone thinks they are.
After playing many different instruments for many years, such as violin and piano, when you get on the guitar, the sad thing is that it's still hard to find where all the notes are on the guitar, to know what the fingering is, and to understand how to get the guitar to do what you want. Sure, there are excuses and back ups and options to sneak out of what you're doing, but if you can get things working the right way, then you'd be surprised at what you find out. The guitar is really rather frustrating, and it is really rather difficult to play anyway. That's what's frustrating about it.
